OUR APPROACH
Most IV therapy menus are built around one idea: longer ingredient lists look more impressive. We don't work that way.
Every Hyndford Hydration formulation is intentionally targeted. Lower fluid volumes. Concentrated, clinically selected ingredients with a clear rationale for what's included.
Here's why that matters: unnecessary fluid volume isn't neutral. It adds cardiovascular load, dilutes therapeutic nutrient concentrations, and can be inappropriate for clients with cardiac, renal, or blood pressure concerns. A 1,000mL bag with ten ingredients sounds comprehensive. It may simply be a lot of saline.
Our formulations are built around what your body actually needs for the specific outcome you're seeking — not around what looks good on a menu. That means some of our infusions run in 250mL.
If you've ever left an IV clinic feeling underwhelmed, or been handed a menu with no explanation of what's actually in it or why — this is the alternative.

IV and IM therapy is supportive in nature — it doesn't diagnose or treat medical conditions, and we won't pretend otherwise. We think you deserve honesty about that, not a list of promises that don't hold up to scrutiny.
HOW WE WORK
1. COMPLETE YOUR HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE
A straightforward online intake form reviewed before your visit. Most clients clear our clinical screening criteria and book directly — no mandatory consultation fees, no waiting for an appointment just to get an appointment.
2. YOUR NURSE COMES TO YOU
Your nurse arrives with all clinical equipment and medications required for your treatment. Vitals are checked, consent is confirmed, and your treatment is prepared and administered with the same clinical standards you'd expect in any professional setting.
3. CONTINUOUS MONITORING
Your nurse stays with you for the entire treatment, monitoring your response and ensuring your comfort.
4. MEDICAL OVERSIGHT
All treatments are administered under a valid medical directive from a BC-licensed Nurse Practitioner. If your intake flags anything that warrants review, a prescriber assesses before treatment proceeds. Safety is not optional here.
WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT
Most IV clinics require you to come to them, and many charge $85 to $200 in consultation fees before your first treatment even begins.
At Hyndford Hydration, there's no mandatory pre-treatment appointment. You complete a straightforward health questionnaire online. A nurse reviews it, and the vast majority of clients are cleared and booked without any additional steps. If something warrants a closer look, we flag it for our Nurse Practitioner — but that's the exception, not the rule.
No waiting room. No consultation fee just to get in the door. No travelling anywhere.
