What should I expect during my appointment?
Our nurse arrives with all necessary supplies, confirms your treatment, checks your vital signs, and administers the infusion or injection you have chosen. The total visit time depends on the treatment selected; however, most treatments typically last between 20 and 90 minutes.
Is mobile IV therapy safe?
Yes. We follow strict IV/IM protocols, use sterile, single-use equipment, and continuously monitor your vital signs throughout. A nurse administers every treatment.
Who can receive IV/IM therapy?
Adults aged 18 and above who are generally in good health. You’ll complete a brief medical questionnaire to confirm there are no contraindications (e.g. certain cardiac or renal conditions).
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
You can modify or cancel up to 24 hours before your visit without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50 % fee; no-shows are charged in full.
How much does it cost?

Travel Surcharge:
Standard fees apply within the city limits of Nanaimo. Appointments outside this zone incur a modest travel surcharge, which is noted when you book.
Do you accept insurance?
Currently we are an out-of-pocket service. In some cases, clients submit a receipt to extended health benefits for reimbursement; please check with your provider.
Will someone with a needle phobia be okay?
