Celebrating Canada Day: Community, Diversity, and Wellbeing

Jul 01, 2026

As we celebrate Canada Day, we are grateful to live and work in Nanaimo on the traditional territory of the Snuneymuxw First Nation.

We recognize that Indigenous Peoples, including First Nations, Inuit, and Métis, have stewarded these lands since time immemorial. We also recognize that Canada Day holds different meanings for different people, and we honour those perspectives with respect.

Canada's greatest strength has always been its people. We are a nation shaped by diverse cultures, traditions, beliefs, identities, and experiences. Whether your family has been here for generations or Canada has become your new home, every person contributes to the rich fabric of our communities.

At Hyndford Hydration, those values guide the care we provide every day. We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and cared for. We believe healthcare should be compassionate, accessible, and free from judgment because every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
