Hydration, Energy, Beauty, Recovery: Inside Our IV and IM Menu
Mobile IV and IM therapy covers more ground than most people realize before they start looking into it. This post walks through what we currently offer at Hyndford Hydration, what is in each infusion or injection, and why clients commonly choose them. If you are trying to work out which option suits your situation, this is a good starting point.
Hydration and Immune Defence
Island Hydration
Pure 0.9% Normal Saline, available in 500ml or 1,000ml. No additives, no extras. The most clinically direct option on our menu and the right choice when straightforward, efficient rehydration is the goal. Commonly chosen for post-travel dehydration, illness recovery, dysautonomia and POTS-related fluid support, or any situation where the body needs fluid volume replaced without additional load.
Cedar Shield
Vitamin C and B vitamins in 250ml Normal Saline. A focused infusion for periods of increased demand, including travel, illness recovery, demanding schedules, or when basic hydration is not quite enough. Vitamin C and B vitamins play documented roles in immune function, energy metabolism, and stress response (Hemilä, 2017; Kennedy, 2016).
Energy and Vitality
Harbour Renewal (Classic Myers Blend)
The classic Myers Cocktail formulation. Vitamin C, Magnesium, Calcium, and B vitamins in 500ml Normal Saline. A broad-spectrum infusion for clients who want more complete nutrient coverage in a single session. Commonly chosen for ongoing fatigue, stress, general wellness support, and recovery from periods of reduced dietary intake. Magnesium alone has a well-established evidence base supporting its role in energy metabolism, muscle function, and migraine management (de Baaij et al., 2015).
Beauty and Performance
Ocean Glow
Glutathione in 250ml Normal Saline. A single-ingredient antioxidant infusion for clients incorporating antioxidant support into a regular wellness routine, those with high physical demand, or anyone managing oxidative stress. Glutathione is your body's primary endogenous antioxidant, with notoriously poor oral bioavailability, making IV delivery a practical option for clients seeking direct replenishment (Weschawalit et al., 2017).
Pacific Reset
Magnesium and B vitamins in 500ml Ringer's Lactate. Our most recovery-focused infusion, built around two of the most commonly depleted nutrients in clients with high physical output, disrupted sleep, or prolonged stress. The 500ml fluid volume makes it a practical option following physical exertion, travel, or demanding schedules where fluid replacement is part of the clinical goal alongside nutrient support. Optional Vitamin C or Glutathione add-ins available for clients wanting broader coverage.
IM Injections
Intramuscular injections deliver nutrients directly into muscle tissue, bypassing the digestive system entirely. Sessions take approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Available as a standalone option or added during any IV visit at a reduced rate.
Vital Boost (B12) supports red blood cell formation, nerve function, and energy metabolism. Particularly useful for clients with absorption concerns, dietary restrictions, or those who have not responded well to oral B12 supplementation (O'Leary & Samman, 2010).
Vitality Blend (B-Complex) delivers the full B-vitamin spectrum intramuscularly for clients seeking broad metabolic and nervous system support without relying on daily oral supplements.
Immune Boost (Vitamin D3) for clients with confirmed or suspected Vitamin D deficiency or those maintaining adequate levels through the darker months. Vitamin D deficiency is genuinely common in British Columbia. Recent bloodwork or an NP appointment within the last three months is required before this one (Holick, 2007).
Cell Glow (Glutathione) provides antioxidant support as a practical standalone or maintenance option between IV sessions.
Premium and Special-Order Infusions
Some infusions require advance ordering, additional screening, and NP authorization before proceeding. These are not available as standard bookings and are arranged by enquiry only.
Driftwood Vitality (NAD+) starting from $450. Requires an advanced pharmacy order of at least three weeks and NP authorization before the first session. Allow two to six hours, depending on the dose.
Vital Glow (Alpha-Lipoic Acid) starting from $195. Standing order available for standard antioxidant use. Loading and high-frequency protocols for neuropathy require NP authorization and physician involvement. The client must eat before the session.
Get in touch to discuss either of these before booking.
